Nestled into the forests of the Olympic Mountains, the Dream Barn holds a sacred space for inner re-membrance and outer re-membership of our belonging to the Web of Life. This is where classes take place. Surrounded by the wild, the Dream Barn is a nest of belonging to tuck into, recharge and remember.

Dreamweaving & Herbalism:
10-month Course
Restore your connection with the web of life, the plants, the dreams and all that dreams you. Awaken the wisdom within.
Update 4-20-25, the year is under way but there are a couple open spots.
Reach out below if you’re interested in exploring weaving in.
A 10-Month In-Person Journey…
Grounded by weekly classes and a weekend of ceremony. Walking together through the four seasons we awaken and ground the basics of a plant-dream-land-centered life rhythm into our bones while reclaiming the very best of ourselves, remembering how to walk, as our wild wise ancestors did, as a blessing in this world. You will attune yourself deeply to the whispers of Mother Earth, the threads of connection with her healing plants and the wellspring of dreams pouring forth within you.
There may be sweetness to gather here for those Wild, Wise Ones Who…
Long for a circle of sisterhood and belonging who also care deeply about the Earth… Want to nurture the widom keeper within, giving her space to breathe, grow and ground into the structure of the self and life… Are a beginner who wants to launch a lifetime of knowing, loving and using plants in their lives and homes…. Or are already a practicing herbalist or wise woman, but sense there’s a deeper connection available…
Who want to learn the foundations of a home-folk herbal practice to support their family and their people with medicines from the Earth… and sense that dreams are a potent reservoir of wisdom, but haven’t yet turned in their direction.
Our journey together will weave in and out of exploring:
* folk + plant spirit herbalism
* dream practice, dream interpreting, dream-weaving, dream council
* active relationship and belonging the Web of Life and Dream of the Earth
* deep listening, relationship and exchange with plants, land, Earth, stones, animals, sun, moon, all life
* local plant ID, wild-harvesting, medicine making and home herbal care
* creating and maintaining an herbal garden - medicinal plants provided to begin your own home garden
* creating a home apothecary to cover your family’s basic physical + spiritual care
* experiencing and learning to home-craft Earth-centered ceremonies.
* sacred crafting of your own rattle, dream catcher and leather offering bag.
* women’s womb wisdom and simple women-centered ceremony.
* offering and receiving blessing and prayer
* song, drum and rattle circles
* talking circle
Love from Past Students
By the end of the year you will…
Have a home apothecary with medicines made by your own hands
Be able to identify, harvest and make medicine from dozens of local medicinal plants.
Be empowered to make meaning of your own dreams (and maybe the dreams of others!) and weave them into the world on behalf of your own soul, the Earth and all life.
Feel confident to create your own earth-honoring, life-honoring ceremonies in your own life and practice.
Feel in your heart, mind and bones a deeper connection to the land where you live, the seasons as they turn, all the plant and animal life around you.
Feel more connected to the wise women ancestors of your lineage, and feel them grounded and alive within YOU. Understand and feel that YOU are them alive here and now, carrying the medicine forth into future generations.
Know how to confidently treat yourself, your family and your people for basic home physical and spiritual care.
Please Note…
This is NOT a clinical herbal training program. For those who are looking for more clinically-focused training, I have several fabulous reccomendations. Feel free to reach out to me and inquire.
This program IS an immersion into the foundations of seasonal folk herbalism and a soulful dreaming practice, held within a larger web of Earth reconnection.
It provides a powerful launching pad for a lifetime of knowing and loving herbs (I got started with a similar apprenticeship-style immersion almost 20 years ago.)
