My Approach to Herbalism

I define herbalism as allying with the plants to bring healing to the people.

As the healers of Mother Earth, plants open new channels within for energy and spirit to flow. They are, by their very design, miraculous agents of healing. That being said, herbalism - as with all things - exist within a holistic intricate web of interconnection and interbeing. Healing happens when there is a multi dimensional alignment, proper support, right timing and a hefty dose of Grace. Plants help create shifts and to reweave that which has fallen into disrepair.

These consultations assist you in allying with plants to support you in a physical, mental, emotional or spiritual process - all of which are, of course, interrelated.

I specialize in women’s health, spiritual healing and stress-mood-emotional support.

I lean on my training at Bastyr University, years spent working in herbal apothecaries and as a folk herbalist, my lived experience as a woman, mother and community herbalist, two decades of deep spiritual relationship with plants and intuition to support you.

I am not a licensed medical doctor, I cannot and do not diagnose or treat disease. In consultations I can share what I would do if I were you, and any choice you make about your care is your full responsibility.

Some combination of custom tincture formulation, smudge blend, spiritual bathing formula or other personal herbal rituals may be shared.

Herbal consultations are often combined with my other modalities (dream work, spirit work) to potentiate the benefits that herbs can provide to the body and spirit.
