My Approach to Herbalism

As a community herbalist, I am available to support folks seeking help who hope to incorporate herbs into their healing journey. Plant medicines help open new channels within for energy and spirit to flow, helping to create shifts and to reweave that which has fallen into disrepair.

Herbal consultations are offered on a pay what you can basis with the suggested amount between $25-$140. None are turned away for lack of funds. These usually last 30-60 minutes and may take place via phone, zoom or in the Dream Barn.

I specialize in working at the mental-emotional-spiritual layers including women’s health, spiritual emergence and healing, ancestral/intergenerational healing, sleep and dream support, and stress-mood-emotional support.‍ ‍

I lean on my training at Bastyr University, years spent working in herbal apothecaries and as a folk herbalist, my lived experience as a woman, mother and community herbalist, two decades of deep spiritual relationship with plants and intuition to support you.

I am not a licensed medical doctor, I cannot and do not diagnose or treat disease. In consultations I can share what I would do if I were you, and any choice you make about your care is your full responsibility.

Herbal consultations are often combined with my other modalities (dream work, spirit work) to potentiate the benefits that herbs can provide to the body and spirit.
